Our pledge to all woman is that we commit ourselves to giving meaning to what they do, by inspiring them, and maximising their potential, lifting them to a creative level, aligning their activities and structuring their expectations, preparing them to source the right opportunities, which will empower them to make the right decisions that will give them personal victory.
The Club Organiser is Karen Kelly, who is a Qualified Life Skills Coach and an Accredited Emotional Intelligence Trainer. Her core focus is to lay the foundations for Interpersonal and Intrapersonal effectiveness, and motivate individuals to develop themselves in these areas... Karen has extended the training offerings this year, below is the story:
"I have a deep passion for people and am motivated by empowering people. I researched different avenues for a tool to assist me in developing people, and consequently enrolled myself in a Life Skills Coaching course and an Emotional Intelligence course. I have experienced a major awakening myself since being trained and The Xtreme Woman Club came about as a result of my wish to share the journey with other women."
