Life Coaching will enable you to identify and achieve your life goals. The Coach and the Client will meet in a one-on-one situation to work on vital life areas, such as career; health; relationships; financial issues; career issues, self-development and awareness.
Business Coaching will enable you to optimise your work performance, make the correct career decisions, and fast track your growth. Business Coaching can involve all aspects of your business from staff development, communication, shareholder issues, negotiation, sales teams or any other goals that require you to implement lasting change in your business. Business Coaching can be used in a Team Building or Conflict resolution situation.

TEAM BUILDING
A team is a group of people working towards a common goal, and Team building is the process of motivating and enabling the team to achieve that goal.
The foundation of good teamwork is having a shared commitment with common objectives. Therefore, before using any team building exercises and activities, or looking at relationships in the team, or embarking on other forms of team building, you need to put this foundation of shared commitment in place by:
There can be many inhibitors to performance - eg: personality, dynamics, processes etc., and how the individuals within the team relate to each other can have a big bearing on team performance. The biggest challenge is organisational culture change.
The key aim of company-wide team building is to change the behaviours and attitudes prevalent in the organisation, which are almost independent of who actually works there - new recruits who are 'different' often start behaving in accord with the existing culture. EQ TRAINING
Emotional intelligence (EQ) has been identified as critical to effective leadership and to facilitate your understanding of the feelings of others and to drive emotions in a positive direction. High EQ leads to tangible business results such as increased profitability, increased market share, retension of talent etc. and also of intangibles such as higher staff morale, organisational commitment and motivation.
The four main domains of EQ are self awareness, self management, social awareness and relationship management.
