Xtreme Learning Academy was founded in 2007 by Karen Kelly, who is an Accredited Emotional Intelligence Trainer. Karen is a 2009 Finalist in the BWA Regional Business Achiever Awards and a Finalist in the 2009 Feather Awards.
She previously founded and managed a successful recruitment agency, and was a Cosmopolitan Mover & Shaker Finalist. Karen has maintained her client base since 1994, and is highly regarded by her numerous corporate clients.
The Academy is a Member of Proudly SA and is certified as BEE Compliant. Karen is a member of a few organisations which enhance her professional standing.
